Founded in 2017 by Dr Abiodun K. Adesanya, Ramis-Ark matches talented individuals with exciting opportunities and helps businesses find the right candidates for them. With expertise in recruiting for both public and private companies, corporates and charities, Ramis-Ark can find the right people for any role.

Ramis-Ark brings more than 20 years of experience in recruitment, consultancy and Legal, and business advisory services to ensure the right people are placed in the right roles, all whilst supporting, mentoring and developing candidates. Founder Dr Abiodun K. Adesanya is recognized both locally and nationally for her work in reducing unemployment gaps, bolstering small businesses and the local community, and for mentoring the next generation of field-leading professionals, particularly in the legal industry.

With a passion for ensuring equal access to opportunities and working to close the employment gap, Ramis-Ark finds opportunities for everyone to thrive in conjunction with the Equality Act 2010.

Ramis-Ark is also proud to support female refugees, helping them integrate into the UK’s workforce upon their arrival.
